The event is free to the public, and is sponsored by the Canadian Centre for Agri-Food Research in Health and Medicine. The event will be held April 21st from 7 – 8:30 pm at the Samuel N. Cohen Auditorium, located at the Albrechtsen Research Centre at St. Boniface Hospital.
