Since 1987, the St. Boniface General Hospital Research Centre has gained international recognition for its strengths in basic research - in the Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, the Canadian Centre for Agri-Food Research in Health and Medicine (CCARM), and the Division of Neurodegenerative Disorders. As the Research Centre neared capacity, a need was recognized to “bridge the gap” to the bedside, and the 100,000 square-foot I.H. Asper Clinical Research Institute was born.
The St. Boniface General Hospital Research Centre’s clinical research programs are found within the Asper Institute. Please select from the menus to the left for more information.
