Flax Clinical Trial covered by Advanced Foods & Materials Network

“Saving life and limbs” is a recent article in Advance, the official publication of the Advanced Foods and Materials Network (AFMNet).  The article was written by Written by Anupriya Dewan and Vanessa Perkins as part of the  Students Promoting Awareness of Research Knowledge (SPARK) program, at the University of Guelph in Ontario, Canada.

The article, subtitled “Daily flaxseed consumption can prevent death by peripheral arterial disease”, is about the Flax/PAD research of our own Dr. Randy Guzman, Director of Clinical Research.
