Grand Prize Draws to take place on March 23, 2012

FEBRUARY 24, 2012 (WINNIPEG, MB) – St. Boniface Hospital Foundation (STBHF) today announced that all 55,000 tickets for its 2012 Mega Million Choices Lottery, as well as all 50/50 Plus Draw tickets, have been sold – just 36 days after the Lottery’s launch!

“St. Boniface Hospital Foundation is always looking for ways to keep its Mega Million Choices Lottery innovative and exciting for customers. For 2012, we put together our largest prize offering ever – more than $2.7 million in homes, cars, trips, electronics and cash – and the public responded with great excitement,” says John Graham, Chair, St. Boniface Hospital Foundation Lotteries. “Not only are we going to make some lucky ticket purchasers big prize winners, we are also going to grant an incredible amount of money to St. Boniface Hospital thanks to the funds raised through this lottery.”

As we outlinedin our Terms and Conditions, since all tickets for the 2012 Mega Million Lottery were sold before midnight, February 24, draws for most prizes will be held on earlier, alternative dates.

  • Bonus Prize Draws will take place as planned. The Ultimate Sports Package #1 will be drawn for on Friday, February 24, at 9 a.m. at the STBHF office, and the Ultimate Sports Package #2 will be drawn for on Friday, March 9, at 9 a.m. Both draws will take place at the STBHF office, located at C1026 – 409 Taché Avenue.
  • Early Bird Prize Draws will be held on Wednesday, March 21, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • All remaining prizes, with the exception of the Grand Prizes and the 50/50 Plus Draw, will immediately follow the Early Bird Prize Draws on Wednesday, March 21, and will continue on Thursday, March 22, at 9 a.m.
  • The Grand Prize Draws and the 50/50 Plus Draw will be held on Friday, March 23, 2012, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the Super Grand Prize Show Home, located at 42 Cypress Ridge, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Draws will be broadcast on CTV Morning Live.
