In yet another nod to the depth of expertise here at St. Boniface Research, Dr. Sanjiv Dhingra was recently appointed to the position of Associate Department Head – Research (UM Physiology & Pathophysiology), where he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the position.
In this role, Dhingra will assist in the development and delivery of departmental seminars; research knowledge transfer events during the academic year; the development of competitive national grant applications for young and mid-career investigators; and hiring new departmental faculty members with view towards strategic growth within departmental divisions.
Dhingra will also assist in management of the department, in consultation with Dr. Brent Fedirchuk, Associate Department Head – Education and Dr. Ian Dixon, Head of Physiology & Pathophysiology.
